DataDAO Spotlight: DLP Labs for Resume Data

We’re excited to present DLP Labs, a leading Data DAO within our ecosystem. DLP Labs was created to help people monetize their valuable data. Together, we aim to build the world's largest contributor owned resume dataset. 

DLP Labs has succeeded in securing an official DLP slot for mainnet launch, specifically for their resume Data DAO. This means they’ll be eligible for network rewards and will help users in a new era of data ownership/decentralization. Congrats to DLP Labs!

A DLP—colloquially known as a Data DAO—is a smart contract registered with and approved by Vana’s root network. This network governs DLPs and distributes rewards to those that meet our high standards for security and privacy while creating liquidity for diverse data assets.

By aggregating resume data in a way that allows data contributors to maintain ownership, DLP Labs is excited about shifting the flow of data to allow those who actually create the data’s value - that is, resume users - to earn from this value created. While resume data sales are generally not made public, we have seen other massive data sales occur where the end user gets nothing.

Bringing technical expertise and a deep understanding of resume data (one of the core contributors, who wishes to remain anonymous, is ex-LinkedIn), DLP Labs is uniquely positioned for success.
