  Your name, email, sign-in phone number, account roles, onboarding state, which Instinct features are switched on for you, whether you opted out of training-data use, whether Instinct holds location data, and whether other people’s Instincts may reach yours.

  Every outside account you linked - Google Workspace, Outlook, Linear, Notion, GitHub, Slack, Granola, Shop wallet, WHOOP, Stripe Link, WhatsApp, iMessage - with the account identity, whether it is the default for its provider, whether access was revoked, and for Google Workspace which individual services (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, ...) are switched on.

• Your enrolled devices

  Each phone or computer registered with Instinct: its name, hostname, OS version, device type, when it was enrolled, and its last reported connection and battery state.

• People your Instinct trusts

  Everyone on your agent-to-agent list - trusted, blocked, asking to connect, or asked by you - with their display name, the phone numbers the request came from, when it was created, and when a pending request expires.

• What your Instinct vault holds

  One row per saved vault item - logins, cards, addresses, phone numbers - showing its kind, its label, whether your agent put it there, and which of that kind’s fields are filled in. The secret values themselves are never read or exported.

• Your chats with your agent

  Each chat Instinct keeps with your agent (for example the main chat that gathers every channel, and a WhatsApp channel chat): its title, source, status, and whether a turn is in progress.

• Your conversations with your agent

  Each event in your chats: messages you sent and their read time, the tools your agent called with their arguments and responses, approvals it asked for and your answers, and errors. Attachments are listed by name, type, and size; their download links are not kept. Message text, form values, approvals, and tool inputs and outputs are kept as the app shows them, so they can include anything your agent typed or read, such as details it filled in from your vault.
