• Your Fitbit exercise

  Each exercise Fitbit logged: its kind, when it is one of the common Fitbit exercise types this import recognises (a name you typed yourself shows as a type only when it matches one), the start date and time (UTC), distance and elapsed time. Each keeps Fitbit’s own log id. No other exercise names, no route or route link, no local start times, no heart rate or calories, and no device details.

• Your Fitbit daily activity

  For each day: steps, distance, lightly, moderately and very active minutes, and resting heart rate. Steps and distance are added up by day in the time zone set in your Fitbit profile when you exported, so on days you spent in another time zone they can differ from the totals the Fitbit app showed. No calories, floors or heart rate through the day, and no location.

• Your Fitbit sleep

  sleep

  For each sleep Fitbit logged, dated by the day you woke: whether it was your main sleep, its sleep score, time asleep and awake, and time in deep, light and REM sleep. Not when you went to bed or woke up.
