Filename, size, content hash, MIME type, file-modified timestamp, and (within the size cap) hydrated bytes for each file found in the Photos.app export directory. hydration_status/hydration_error explain when bytes are absent (oversized or unreadable) without dropping the record. EXIF/XMP fields (taken date, GPS, camera) are present in the schema but not populated in this cut — a bounded, explicit omission, not silently missing coverage.
