  Conversation titles, create/update times, project membership, starred flag and the conversation’s current model. The message count is filled in only when messages are collected in the same run. One organization per account; temporary chats and conversations deleted on claude.ai are not included or retracted.

  Role, text content, parent message, create/update times and attachments for every message, including edited branches. Thinking and tool-call blocks are not included in the text. The model is the conversation’s model at collection time (model_source says so), so it can be wrong for messages written before the model was switched.

• Your Claude plan

  Which plan the organization is on (free, Pro, Max, Team…), its rate-limit tier, whether the subscription is active, its billing period and renewal date, and when the organization was created. will_renew is inferred for an active subscription only (a next charge and no end date) and is empty otherwise. cancels_at and scheduled_plan_change are always empty: Claude exposes no source for them. Usage limits are in usage_limits. Payment details and billing identifiers are not collected. Singleton — one record for the organization the session reads.

  One record per limit Claude reports (the current session, the week, and any per-model weekly limit): percent used, reset time, severity and whether it is currently the binding limit. Claude reports percentages, not absolute caps. Extra-usage spend and credit balances are not collected.
