VANA Lobby Day - January 27th
Please mark January 27, 2010 on your calendar and plan to spend time with fellow CRNAs as we educate legislators about the important role of CRNAs. VANA Lobby day is one of the most important days of the year for ensuring that CRNAs in Virginia have the ability to practice to their fullest scope and we need your help to ensure the many new faces in the Virginia Legislature, understand how CRNAs deliver quality anesthesia care to Virginia’s citizens.
Mark your calendar’s for the 2010 Lobby Day, which is scheduled for Wednesday, January 27, 2010 in Richmond!

Lobby day is always fun and rewarding—We’ll start the day at 9am with a short orientation session, followed by a trip to the General Assembly, where we’ll visit, in small groups of CRNAs, with elected officials and their legislative assistants. Legislators look forward to our visits and these visits often result in some new support for our goals.
If the legislators don’t know who we are, they can't help us better meet our goals, so plan to spend the day with us to help better secure the future practice of CRNAs in Virginia.
Please RSVP by January 15 by emailing GRC@VANA.org will forward additional details to you. And bring a colleague!
Best,
Paul Werbin, CRNA, MSNA
